A rustic chic buffet offers a variety of organic salad from our vegetable garden, accompanied by a selection of homemade pizza from our wood- fired oven or a classical Tuscan Barbecue, serving delicious meat from local producers.
For those who love fresh seafood, our “Al Mare” grill offers the very best selection from the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Our aperitif includes Tuscan or Mediterranean canapés, Bellini and Rossini cocktails, fruit juices, and a selection of organic Tuscan wines and spumante. For a more indulgent option, the Italian Classic Aperitif offers local cold cuts, cheeses, homemade preserves, freshly baked focaccia, and a choice of 5 or 7 canapés.
Our Chef has thoughtfully crafted a selection of diverse menus, each designed to showcase the finest seasonal ingredients and authentic Tuscan flavors. To complement your dining experience, a carefully selected list of Tuscan wines is available, featuring both estate-grown vintages and exceptional regional labels.
Our Pastry Chef prepares an array of delicious wedding cakes.
Our cellar features a refined selection of organic and biodynamic Tuscan wines, including Borgo Pignano Volterra’s own vintages. Spumante and fine spirits are also available. Special requests are welcomed; corkage is not permitted.
We offer a bar service after lunch or dinner with a wide selection of soft drinks, wines, spirits, liqueurs and cocktails. Tailor made theme packages available on request.
The estimated duration of the event is 6 hours. After midnight the extended hourly supplement will be applied, regardless of the duration of the event.
