Fish is at the heart of the menu: the freshest catch selected daily from local, sustainable sources, prepared with precision and without excess. Raw seafood, fresh pasta, risotto, soups and aromatic vegetables make up a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine that lets the natural flavour of each ingredient speak for itself. For occasions that deserve something more, the plateaux offer the most authentic way to celebrate the sea together: from the Plateau de fruits de mer, with oysters, clams, prawns and shellfish, to the Plateau Royal, a more lavish version with lobster, crab and exceptional specialities.
