Under the artistry of Chef Stefano Cavallini, menus honour both tradition and sustainability, each creation tells the story of its origin, bringing the light, time and care of the Italian countryside to your table.
Our welcome proposal opens with a choice of Tuscan barbecue menus, accompanied by a vegetable and salad buffet. For lovers of fresh seafood, the “Al Mare” BBQ offers the very best selection from the Tyrrhenian Sea, depending on the catch of the day.

Our aperitif includes a delicious variety of Tuscan or Mediterranean canapés, Bellini or Rossini cocktails (Tuscan Spumante blended with peach or strawberry purée), fruit juices and a selection of Borgo Pignano organic Tuscan Spumante, white and red wines. The “Italian Classic Aperitif” adds a wider choice of Borgo Pignano cold cuts and local farmers’ cheeses, homemade pickles, jams, honey and freshly baked focaccia, with a selection of 5 or 7 canapés.
Our Chef has thoughtfully crafted a selection of menus, each designed to showcase the finest seasonal ingredients and authentic Italian flavours. To complement your dining experience, a carefully selected wine list is available, featuring both estate-grown vintages and exceptional regional labels.

Our well-stocked wine cellar offers an extensive selection of premium wines, carefully sourced from organic and biodynamic producers, including our own Borgo Pignano estate wines. A variety of spirits is also available to complement your celebration. Specific wines may be stocked upon request. Please note that corkage is not permitted.

In consideration of our surrounding community, loud music, parties and fireworks are not permitted on the estate. Soft background music may be played during the afternoon and evening events, while after-parties with soft background music can be arranged in the Pool Area until midnight.
As all events are held outdoors to take full advantage of our beautiful surroundings, the rental of a marquee as a backup in case of adverse weather conditions is required. Our team can offer guidance and coordinate directly with wedding planners to ensure a seamless solution.
